We accept returns & exchange requests of undamaged items within 60 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for all items, even those that have been personalized with custom text. A re-send for the new item is arranged at a 80% discount. Until further notice, there is no need to return the original item. Please note order numbers will always be in the format "OCGXXXX". Numbers in the format of YTXXXXXXXXXXXXX or LXXXXXXXXXXCN is your tracking number, not your order number.
